The Alliance for Community Capacity Building in Northeast India (Reg. Charity No. 1106666) works 'to develop the capacities and the skills of the members of the socially and economically disadvantaged communities of the states in north east India in such a way as they are better able to identify, and help meet their needs to participate more fully in society'. We responds, with your support, to the victims of specific atrocities and natural calamities helping them to build their lives back. Open Learning Academy: Skill and Enterprise Centre

We intend to build a training centre at Guwahati, Assam to serve as a nerve centre for all our capacity building initiatives. The idea is to develop a centre of excellence supporting capacity building initiatives throughout the region directed at human resources development.

The idea is to develop a centre of excellence supporting capacity building intiatives hroughout the region primarily directed at human resources development (equipping individuals with the understanding, skills and access to information, knowledge and training that enable them to perform effectively).

In due course, the centre will support affiliated satellite centres throughout the region to outreach the vulnerable communities who would benefit from support provided by the centres.
